Recommended approach to the Judge Boasberg saga: 1. File motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction (per @ProfMJCleveland’s advice) which is 100% certain to prevail at some point on appeal; 2. Refuse to appear in a Court, period, since the Court lacks jurisdiction. The DOJ should not participate in the sham.

How to reign in the rogue district courts asap via majority votes: 1. Any nationwide TRO, injunction against the Exec Branch must be assigned to a three-judge panel (consistent w prior law); 2. Remove jurisdiction over the composition of the Executive Branch from all “inferior courts”; 3. Assign “mandatory” jurisdiction on all matters enjoining the Executive Branch to the Supreme Court; 4. Since plaintiff’s are so blatantly forum/judge shopping, perhaps allow the Executive Branch to seek declaratory relief.

Anyone want to defend this judge from impeachment? He is defying an explicit Congressional statute that explicitly prohibits him from acting, affirmed by the 9th Circuit. Definition of rogue judge destroying what is left of the judiciary’s credibility.
