Open original source ↗How to reign in the rogue district courts asap via majority votes:
1. Any nationwide TRO, injunction against the Exec Branch must be assigned to a three-judge panel (consistent w prior law);
2. Remove jurisdiction over the composition of the Executive Branch from all “inferior courts”;
3. Assign “mandatory” jurisdiction on all matters enjoining the Executive Branch to the Supreme Court;
4. Since plaintiff’s are so blatantly forum/judge shopping, perhaps allow the Executive Branch to seek declaratory relief.
