1. File motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction (per @ProfMJCleveland’s advice) which is 100% certain to prevail at some point on appeal;
2. Refuse to appear in a Court, period, since the Court lacks jurisdiction. The DOJ should not participate in the sham.
