I share Warren’s admiration of my good friend Pete. Its true - I did “earn an MBA from Pete Liegl before I graduated from high school.” Just lucky as a poor kid from rural Indiana to have been Pete’s chief of staff. He was as good of leader as any I have met since. 🙏🤍 https://t.co/HHGufE1mzz https://t.co/LNotVlq9vv

Incredible to celebrate the legend @andre tonight. As @StephenCurry30 so elegantly said “there is no @warriors dynasty without you.” U always “put excellence over ego” & your greatness on the court is only exceeded by your contribution as a human. Salute my friend! 💛💙🫡

The @DOGE Dividend could be a massive game changing legacy for Trump. Just one day of @DOGE savings ($3.7 B) could fund a private investment account w $1000 for every child born in America. With just a little added per year this could grow to $200k by age 30! 🇺🇸🚀 #trumpaccount https://t.co/5fQuhtjhwu 🇺🇸💥 https://t.co/lBUPHTNnbo

Saudi Arabia is now serving intelligence to the world w @GroqInc - powering inference to over 100 countries! Amazing to watch the strategic leadership of H.E. Yasir Al-Rumayyan, Governor of @PIF_en. Peace negotiations in Riyadh & the center of global tech @FIIKSA Miami. 🙏🚀

When it comes to AI paying us back on all this investment “the real benchmark is - is the world growing at 10%?!” Excellent pod @satyanadella - laying down some important straight talk. 🔥

Bold & entrepreneurial. Leading to a balanced budget in fiscal years 1998-2001 with a $235 B surplus in FY 2000! Leaving the country's finances better than we found them for the sake of our kids should be a bi-partisan moral imperative. 🇺🇸🚀 https://t.co/1Lc2hWhR6C

Not true. First, tax cuts often increase growth & gov’t revenues as in 2019 where gov’t revs up +4%. Second, reciprocal tariffs likely to generate ~ $4 T over 10 yrs. Together, likely dwarf the “cost” of any tax extension. Now layer $1-1.5 T @DOGE reductions on top. 🫡🇺🇸 You have a better plan? https://t.co/RuRj7wm0wr

Perfect & direct example of how gov’t spending of borrowed $$ is inflationary & how cutting that same spending is deflationary. No doubt good people are impacted - but excess gov’t employment on borrowed money that is bankrupting the country is not the answer. @DOGE 🇺🇸

XQuote

“The Big One” - Reciprocal Tariffs would likely increase US tariffs from $75 B in 2024 to ~ $1 T in 2026. Reciprocal includes anything that taxes or discriminates against US business. Market shrugging off as largely a negotiating tactic despite the words to the contrary. ⚔️🇺🇸

The AI benchmark wars remind me of the search engine size wars. Like counting the number of dribbles in a basketball game - related to - but not predictive of who wins the game. Focus also on product, users & revenue. Plenty of grt technology ends up w zero economic value. 🤔 https://t.co/O08WYnkcJq

Brilliant articulation of America’s new pro growth, regulatory skeptical AI framework by @JDVance. More open. More ambitious. Less scared. “AI will make us more productive, more prosperous and more free.” We are lucky to have JD leading the charge! 🫡🇺🇸🚀@DavidSacks https://t.co/gPs036sorS

Flatter is faster. Leaner is better. Efficiency is a culture that accelerates success. People, business, & government are all better when they get fit - when they go full @DOGE. https://t.co/4aOkzzIJGP.

Never bet against @dkhos. Btw - the @BillAckman news dropped while Dara, Diller & I on stage together in Miami. At 33 M rides a day $UBER clearly the market leader - plus Dara understands the risks of robotaxi. One of greatest financial turn arounds in biz history. 🚀 https://t.co/ki1zHzLvWH

China understands that economic & national security depends on winning the race in AI which in turn depends on winning the race in energy. The White House correctly declared a National Energy Emergency meanwhile @GavinNewsom is still blocking the extension of @DiabloCanyonCA. 💥 https://t.co/AfYobbW5OC

@growwitharjun This is angio - but CAC is first step for most people and if you have a non zero score then you do the angio. For some at higher risk may choose to skip right to angio / @Cleerlyhealth

Another life saved by the CT scan! This is what 90% blockage looks like. 50, vegetarian, no alcohol, exercise, no symptoms, ldl cholesterol 90 (in the green). Took the scan, got a stent & avoided the silent killer. Do the same. $150 & 15 mins can save your life! 🤍🙏 https://t.co/SUpzUGlX52

Smart & important analysis & recommendations by friend and fellow pilot on how to improve the system to avoid future disasters. 🇺🇸🫡

Correct - as said on CNBC - no material price difference. Whether TCO where they all spent > $1 B or final training run where they all spent < $20 M - the real break thru is a truly open source model that moved ahead of US open source & got closer to anthropic, goog and OAI. 🚀

Whatever your politics, watch this if you truly want to understand why the country outside the urban coasts voted overwhelmingly for Trump & against Washington as usual. They don’t want to be told what to do especially when their common sense tells them different. They were taught America was a place that embraced free speech, open debate, and where they could live free or die. Covid mandates & increasing censorship undermined that trust. I’m happy we are now having that debate. American democracy has always been messy - but there is a reason it has led to the greatest success story the world has ever known - because we have trusted the people…

XQuote

Agree. We want America to win & we are thriving because we have our best going at it - some “closed” (OAI, Goog, Anthropic) for now & some “open” (X, meta / llama) for now. But I suspect they will all open source some models soon & I suspect (as Mark has indicated) they may all stop releasing their best models as they approach AGI. Of course they should all be free of censorious garbage & gov’t control - and @DavidSacks should be on the look out for regulatory capture BS in the name of safety. And while we should welcome @deepseek_ai into the game because the inevitable competition makes us better - I am still rooting for Team USA to win! 🇺…

XPost

DeepSeek should not be dismissed but is NOT a Chinese break thru on AI cost which caused Monday’s panic. The reports they spent $6 M vs. billions for @OpenAI, @AnthropicAI & @xai are fake news. Apples for Apples is $6 M vs $15 M. And given they did nearly a year later, should be at least 50% less costly. Anthropic confirms today - Deepseek performance 7-10 months behind; right compare is 10s of millions; and you would expect 3-4x cheaper per yr due to falling compute cost. @DarioAmodei

XPost

@km_ensemble @DOGE This is an “all of the above strategy” - stay tuned. 🇺🇸🚀

XQuote

Hugely innovative, impactful & incredibly humane. @DOGE acting fast to downsize federal gov’t. Let’s find ways to increase employee conversion - flatter is faster & leaner is better! Already bigger / faster than anything gov’t has done in decades & just the start! 🙏🇺🇸🫡

@growwitharjun @businessbarista Happy you did it. Nothing to be scared about. Totally manageable but now u have the data - far better than the alternative! 🤍
