So much momentum of companies leaving Delaware. Smart. Pragmatic. And as I mentioned before - if you don’t leave you could be sued in Delaware via a directive action for not making prudent choices as a board!

Important step. Will be interesting to see if the API players are able to do this as well. Or if it lives outside the API for most.

Watching MCP gain momentum reminds me of early API adoption—huge potential but massive risk if you’re not careful. @Hacker0x01 bug bounty programs and AI red teaming aren’t nice-to-haves anymore. They bring in external perspectives, which is what you need when your system opens to the external world.

100%. America doesn’t want to compete in global labor efficiency. They have zero desire to lead in this way.

Read this first paragraph. Clients of the investment banks have been trained to think they get a freebie 30% “pop” one day gain w no trading restrictions. Even worse, someone told him that Silicon Valley companies are “happy” getting fleeced. And you wonder why there are no IPOs.

One of the most amazing examples of shifting global perspective. Hats off to @Dr_Keefer and others (@isabelleboemeke) that banged the drum so loudly. The world is thankful! 🙏

NCAA tourney is seeded 1-2, 1-2, 1-2, 1-3. Is this the highest ever in history of tournament? There has never been all 1s and 2s. Big day tomorrow. Go 🐊.

At all the NCAA regional tournament basketball games they have removed both courtside seats & first two rows so that 30 people can be on laptops at a desk courtside. Probably forgoing $250k per game. What’s the benefit. Who are these people on laptops? What are they achieving?

If you have strong opinions on the state of global affairs (which many do) I offer that you should educate by listening to @nfergus. It’s not partisan. It’s realistic. https://t.co/JtI7hXJK9Z

I agree. All companies should leave. Lawyers should not make $500mm+ with a 7 share client that actually made money. It’s a victimless “ambulance chaser” precedent enabled and fully supported by Delaware.

@RakeshSFNYC @flySFO It won’t be easy in the queue. Can you imagine how that car will be treated? Cut off at every chance.

Who’s going to teach them to wait in the forced queue that the airport insists on for pickups? I’d love a picture if someone has one.

@hashemim86 Just seeing VCs “rooting for war” for the first time in my career. Also vilifying adversaries quite aggressively.

I think there a few structural issues with venture capital today. Glad to hear the other side.

US AI companies should spend 100% of their time developing and innovating vs hanging out in DC begging for protection from competition. It’s a bad look that unveils a clear lack of self confidence.

Dario insists the “next version” of Anthropic is “unbelievable” and that in 6-12 months it will do super human things. Yet he is begging the US govt to protect him from Chinese spies. Perhaps his agentic AI could thwart the threats? Since it so amazing? https://t.co/Fzxr8GzW67

Anyone have a model that can count the letters in this photo? All I have tried failed. https://t.co/HK85Yirdqh
