Mahmoud Nabavian, Deputy Head of Iran's Parliamentary National Security Commission, explicitly: Mojtaba Khamenei has stated Iran must have exclusive management of the strait, Oman must not interfere, Iran must collect fees from civilian ships, Israeli-linked vessels must be blocked entirely, and US civilian traffic must pay compensation.
