@devahaz FYI some of these sleuths are prescient:
@barendvandenb Congrats!
Finally.
@LukeThompson360 @danprimack The PPD is probably just incompetent vs. reckless and see the tip provided re the car that was ignored.
@LukeThompson360 @danprimack You will want to watch the House Committee investigation.
yes reckless disregard is a crime. if the cameras designed to protect students/faculty were deactivated to appease TDS people and the map was published to allow circumvention of ICE that would be be a crime of complicity. if they removed the website or used any obfuscation to avoid losing federal funding that is also definitely complicity.
@danprimack it isn’t a game but you are wrong.
@LukeThompson360 @danprimack we also have evidence of failure to protect other conservative students from violent threats on the record.
@BullDensity @danprimack need recklessness vs negligence for the crime but directionally correct.
@LukeThompson360 @danprimack see this plus publishing map. killer or accomplices had access to class schedules and stuff and may have been employed. deleting websites too.
@danprimack let’s wager. legal definition of complicit. @danprimack this alone plus publishing the map of cameras would be a foundation of complicity. add any evidence of attempting to avoid being caught violating the federal consent degree and you have a conviction.
@danprimack let’s wager on whether Brown was complicit.
@Gh4nder no. that is absurd.
Sen Cotton is right and the DOJ has been clear: Don’t send sensitive personal or financial data to China. Either Airwallex is disobeying Chinese national security law, or disobeying the US DOJ. Which is it? Since most of Airwallex's key engineering, operational, and compliance functions are based in China, the DOJ should investigate what US customer data Airwallex is sharing with its employees and partners in China. It should also scrutize which US companies are sending their customer data to Airwallex. These US customers need to protect their customers' data and have an obligation to vet and diligence their vendors.
This is what we voted for.
@LubaYudasina @pitdesi @Jason @SanLeandroRep @elonmusk Yes
@SonicCruise @geoffwolfe 100% accurate.
@sergiorosado6 don’t worry. we are in great shape.

@indubitablydel1 @geoffwolfe Can guarantee she was targeted specifically. And everyone knows what he shouted.
@Plunk20 @geoffwolfe yes when the shooter is a left wing ideologue.
@TralfamadoreJP @schmotdocker @dugmartsch @bigwormgrindin @mattyglesias Titlle IX.
