Sen Cotton is right and the DOJ has been clear: Don’t send sensitive personal or financial data to China. Either Airwallex is disobeying Chinese national security law, or disobeying the US DOJ. Which is it? Since most of Airwallex's key engineering, operational, and compliance functions are based in China, the DOJ should investigate what US customer data Airwallex is sharing with its employees and partners in China. It should also scrutize which US companies are sending their customer data to Airwallex. These US customers need to protect their customers' data and have an obligation to vet and diligence their vendors.

American’s highly sensitive payment data should be protected from Communist China. I’m urging @AGPamBondi to fully investigate whether Airwallex data is being accessed by the CCP. https://t.co/YccFmYQaku
