A few thoughts on $HYPE as we just sit under ath's, and its nothing I haven't said before. But now is a good time to reiterate it. Hype was the best performing asset in the bear market. I think its fair to assume it will be one of the best in the bull. If you are bullish on crypto. Then you are bullish on trading volumes going up, which hype directly benefits from. 99% of those fees go to burns. The other thing, is Aqav2 goes live in 6 more days. And will start to accrue value. Currently around 500-600k per day in extra fees for hype that will be burnt. And again, if you are bullish crypto. Then you believe more people will come on chain. S…
somewhere out there someone is asking if you faded his bottom call after calling the bottom the last 10 months straight and suffering 70% drawdown
Anyone who owns risk assets has been making a killing. Considering this is the MEDIAN. That’s insane how well retail has done in stocks.
If you are objective, and neutral I think it's pretty clear that Iran is winning the war and that they have the ability to apply more pain than the US at this point than the US can apply to them. Now physically the US is winning, but economically Iran is. They have lived decades with sanctions, currency crisis's, instability, isolation etc.. That's nothing new to them. While the US is quite soft with low economic pain tolerance. We have a government that folds if stocks pullback. If diesel, and oil prices go much higher. Oil +100, diesel $5+ than we are going to see a much weaker economy in the US. Which arguably there are already signs of t…
Largely avoided trading crypto this year with the focus on stocks and ai. The only alt traded all year until this summer was hype from $28 all the way up, then got eth at 1776, pump at .001701. Avoided the chop and drawdown of crypto. I'd say that's a pretty damn good year catching trends and at the right times and staying away at the right times. Offense and defense Also believe that you are going to have to expand your horizons a bit and explore other markets bc I truly believe the greatest opportunities are ahead of us in Space, AI, Energy, and Medicine. An abundance of opportunity is ahead. You just have to try to put yourself in the pos…
That's over a 2x+ on $PUMP from op + a scalp from the .028-3 area originally last week. Around .04 the ico price, I assume is going to be a trickier spot so it could get a bit more sluggish. So I'm going to close out this thread/trade entirely and look for another setup or another trade entirely. This will be something I likely trade a few times moving forward since I think the overall asset selection we have to trade leaves a lot to be desired.
$eth is the clear winner of majors. Best performer thus far
Holy crap $hype

Banking apps should integrate sport betting, online casinos, and prediction markets as a all in one super app
I was talking to a kol in the space and I asked why they don't trade stocks. They said "bc I can't bundle them" I said man, it's the biggest bull run in history tho. It's really not all that complicated. These things are going up 10-20-50x liquid in a PVE market. The reason they didn't want to talk about stocks is they were worried their cash cattle would leave for a greener pasture. "I have a great farm and our fnf group milks it daily"
The most accommodative financial conditions in 30 years your assets should be doing well
Everyone has a different trading style, and not everyones trading style works well with person to person. I typically have two trades I take and I stick to them. Those trades are also heavily context dependent. For example, not really having traded crypto for the past year. Just like staying out in prev bear markets is bc of the context/macro trends. One is a defensive trade, other is reclaim at what I call historical supports. But the reclaim itself isnt as important to me as is the history of the spot. The defensive trade is at a htf spot with a sharp sell off that isn't looking for a trend reversal but a lower high. While the reclaim is …
There is so much more access to gambling on anything and everything these days where as crypto use to be the easiest outlet. Sports gambling, online casinos, prediction markets, trading cards, easier access to equities and soon easier access to private markets. All of this has actually taken away from crypto on top of the AI boom bc people have more choices. Not everyone wants to gamble on chain. There is now something for everyone, with ease of access. That has fractured some liquidity in this market
@goodalexander Imagine being sponsored by Millenium lmao 🤣 I have no sponsorships. Deals. Affiliations etc with anyone. In crypto or tradfi.
Things I think about for my overall portfolio is having both a wealth creation aspect, and a wealth preservation aspect. having a set target for overall volatility. Having orthogonal and convex bets. Smoothing the path of returns which has been a god send. Having my trading fees be zero Trying to use limit orders vs crossing the spread as often as possible. using tax aware strategies. Whether that be something like AQR to offset ordinary income, or PPLI to have tax free growth where you can wrap your assets inside for high turnover strategies allowing you to compound tax free. These all make a complete book and allow for max growth.
Qube is another place I like. They I believe have averaged closer to 30% returns per year, although a much shorter history. 2018-current. And annualized vol is around 12-16%. With little to no correlation to the market at essentially .2 beta. These are just some places I like personally. bc I have target vol and beta in mind for this. Statar is another great one, nat gas at around 20% per year. Again, completely independent of the market. These are more for non-correlated returns, orthogonal bets that can move and provide independent returns from the market that typically you can't reproduce yourself. So these buckets for investments have d…
happy all time high day again (feels like a daily event) to stock bros. Over the last year I've seen so many comments of why people didn't want to buy stocks bc they were up too much. . In many cases many many multiples. But for the most part, the prices have been justified bc the earnings have justified the moves. We have record pace of growth in terms of earnings, on top of record earnings. The S&P rose the past few months, but forward EPS actually doubled the pace of that growth. So while prices keep hitting records, in some cases the forward multiple actually fell. The market as a whole is trading within its 10 year average. Not too bad.
students entering college now read at a 6th grade level. for the first time ever in history IQ is regressing. and you wonder why meme coins are so prevalent
Stocks having 50-100% moves in a week. You gotta love this. People running accounts up from nothing to 20m+ in 3 months is incredible as well. Opportunities are abundant
Wow just saw $NBIS price. Very happy Peng today.

@kbh022 Unfortunately it has suffered the same fate as 100% of other coins in the space. Nothing is immune here
This just means there will be another peace deal. The US could be the first country in history to hit 100 peace deals in a single year
$PUMP coming into a logical spot to start trimming soon, and reload on a pullback from .0028-.003 However the ICO price is likely the stickiest place as there will be some people/ vc's with monthly unlocks that want out around there. Very nice trend off the lows so far https://t.co/wwsAvk3wGm I do think we’ll see the ico price this year. But naturally. There’s period of pullbacks. And profit taking. That spot is imo just going to be a tough one for some time. $PUMP +72% from entry. Think we will cool off just a little bit somewhere around here and then get another leg up later. https://t.co/a2VVNPyoNZ
People have spent like 8 months tweeting about $btc pa while it’s largely been the same price. If you were a fruit fly. That’d be about 20 generations that would have passed for some perspective. While nothing really happened. 20 generations.
The job numbers were so bad today that it looks bearish but it's bullish bc there is no way the fed can hike with numbers like that. Which is bullish! Which is why the SPX is about to make another all time high since the fed rate path has changed. The market will always find a way to have a bullish spin
When you come into work you get an injection every Monday to start the week. The CEO has told me that while this may cost 250m a year to do, that what they save on lunch money and money on snacks is even bigger Donuts alone use to be about 20m a year.
