Yes, and if not, it likely would be some minimal amount allowed to sell per day that wouldn't offset the af a lot of that fear of the unlock, is why price is down now. bc the market is doing a forward discounting on it as the date gets closer, typically the fear builds. People were selling awhile ago bc of this in some cases, and then it accelerated.
