Apple just f**ked business owners in "NATIONWIDE FAILURE" ➡️ I JUST received a call from Apple Business. They apologized for delaying our promised "instant 5am Apple business order" because of a "nationwide failure." ➡️ In case you don't know, Apple calls local businesses to build relationships and sell Apple products. ➡️ When you have a relationship, they help your business setup MDM systems and place orders with your entity. ➡️ Apple promised an "instant" 5am order system for businesses who ordered ahead (I ordered Oct 12). ➡️ The system FAILED. ➡️ Orders were not submitted for the iPhone Duo for businesses for 3.5 hours. 😇 I'll get over it; I'm frustrated, because I was promised the order would go in. 😇 I'm not trying to skip anyone. I'm disappointed I was lied to by @Apple 🔥 PSA to Business Owners: DO NOT TRUST APPLE. Order devices YOURSELF. ➡️ On a positive note, it's probably a great demand sign. Which we expected - I said on release day this will sell out into Q1. That's why I trusted Apple Business. BIG MISTAKE! @johnternus
