Open original source ↗On Tuesday, I had the opportunity to meet with the House Financial Services Committee and @RepFrenchHill to discuss digital assets and how we can make the U.S. the global leader in Bitcoin and crypto. The Digital Assets Framework I presented during the meeting is attached below.
By building our digital economy on a framework that is economically viable, technically robust, and ethically sound, we can provide 400 million businesses access to capital markets and empower 8 billion people economically.

This afternoon, I hosted Michael Saylor (@Saylor), CEO of @MicroStrategy for an informative discussion about the value of bitcoin in our economy and the need for a digital asset market structure. Digital assets can unlock a frictionless payment future and enable new sources of access to capital. I look forward to the work the @FinancialCmte will do in crafting a commonsense legislative framework to provide clear rules of the road, fulfilling President Trump’s promise to make the U.S. the crypto capital of the world.
