Regarding Tesla’s Chair (who apparently is selling her stock as fast as she can) denying this WSJ story, keep in mind that it stated that Tesla “board members reached out”, not that the Tesla Board collectively (and officially) did. That’s an important distinction. https://t.co/9TI58djWF3 (3) Because in such a sensitive matter, things like this usually start “unofficially” so that there is plausible deniability should an official search, which would need to be disclosed, not be formally begun. $TSLA
