A U.S. warship blocked a Russian oil tanker en route to Venezuela The tanker Seahorse, sanctioned by the UK and EU, had been supplying oil to Venezuela. According to Bloomberg, the Russian vessel turned away after a U.S. warship crossed its path off the country’s coast. The tanker then headed toward Cuba and has since twice attempted to approach Venezuela, turning back both times. It remains adrift in the Caribbean.
