After the dollar ends, one scenario involves three tiers of law enforcement in this Democrat-controlled territory. (1) For a Communist leader, like Xi, the drug addicts will be kept far away. This will also be true for whatever CCP leaders administer SF. That system will get prototyped in Carney’s Chinese Canada, but most likely there will be safe neighborhoods set up for Communist party members only. Similar to the “Zatvory” model of accommodations for Soviet officials in Warsaw Pact countries. (2) For a Democrat leader, like Pelosi, if attacked by a drug addict at least the police will respond. But after the events of 2024, American Democrats are now outranked by Chinese Communists. They won’t get the same level of security as the Communists. However, as local party bosses they will enjoy some protection. (3) For anyone else who isn’t affiliated with the Democrat or Communist parties, god help them. Machete wielding addicts will roam the street, as is happening now, and nothing will be done about it. And it’ll get far worse. Not that nothing can be done. Democrats could clean up the whole thing with a snap of the fingers, as Newsom admits they did for Xi (see video below). They just choose to keep it chaotic because the homeless industrial complex has its budget increase with the number of addicts. Point being: the machete situation is easily solved, but Democrats have a financial incentive to perpetuate it for everyone other than (a) party members themselves and (b) their rising Communist overlords.
