America's infrastructure projects are dramatically hindered by excessive regulation. However, rather than reevaluate the previous regulations, gov't officials are increasingly "waving" them when desired. At least we now all agree on the problem. https://t.co/NxAiYH3xGd Some replies celebrate the "awareness of the problem" which I agree is a good first step. Others highlight fixing it this way lets gov't "chose who gets let through" which I also agree is de facto non-optimal.
