The first free feature we are launching is the die yield calculator.
This includes many features such as different wafer/panel sizes, various yield models, and much much more.
This can be used to understand costs of chips and the manufacturing cost.

Given most our business is data and consulting, we are launching a lot more data dashboards which we couldnt with Substack including Fab Map, which will show every fab on the planet + many details including capacity / node / fabbed products
This is why we are leaving Substack

I still love Substack, would still recommend almost everyone thinking about a blog use Substack.
The network effects and ease of use are incredible
Unfortunately, it isn't tailored to our growing needs
Having all our users re-login and supporting them is going to be a hassle

Initially SemiAnalysis was on Wordpress, then moved to Substack, and now back to Wordpress with Passport from @benthompson managing entitlements & emails.
Please contact us if you need help logging in or have feedback on the site.
We can change anything given its our own backend.
