Iran is changing tactics to step up attacks on ships in the Strait of Hormuz, aiming to keep oil prices high ahead of the Nov. 3 U.S. midterm elections, per Reuters. Nearly 20 commercial ships, mostly tankers, have been attacked in the past month in and around the strait.
