Nintendo says it isn’t giving up on physical games. “There’s no plans to ditch physical,” Nintendo Latin America’s general manager, Bill van Zyll, said in an interview. He said Nintendo follows what players prefer, and it knows how much fans still like owning physical copies. It’s a sharp contrast with Sony, which has confirmed it will stop producing PlayStation discs in early 2028.
