I now know that the remarks read by IRS-CI Chief Jim Lee during the press conference announcing the shutdown of my bank were written by Julie Holt, Director of Crime and Fraud Communications at the Australian Taxation Office. Based on her emails, which specifically mention Nick McKenzie on multiple occasions, I believe she was acting on McKenzie’s behalf. The judge had not yet ruled on my defamation lawsuit, and the action against my bank was designed to be used by McKenzie in defending against my lawsuit. McKenzie did, in fact, introduce the action against my bank as part of his defense, but he lost the lawsuit anyway. Now I am hoping I can file another lawsuit based on this new evidence. @Ageinvestigates
