Honestly it just looks like an AI top signal. Too much capital was allocated to fashionable California AIcos so they're spaffing the money on unrelated stuff because they can't get any returns on it from AI. Midjourney pivoting to medical devices is a signal that the growth phase of the AI bubble is coming to an end, and there will be a big consolidation for maybe half a decade.
