Correct. Lots of what we do today is pure cognitive drudgery in the same way work in the past involved extreme physical struggle. What we will have will be more like the emanation of competing willpower and persuasion, to allocate energy and matter to different ends. And, similarly to physical gyms and physical exercise, we will also have to have gymnasiums for cognitive exercise, with similarly artificial ways of stimulating and training the mind so we don’t get flabby and degraded in that domain either.
