Every time I watch this I love it more. But you really have to listen to the lyrics. The very real feeling of being on a precipice, as a nation, mixed with the wild optimism of the American spirit and post-war era nostalgia…it’s perfect. It’s moving as hell. It’s so perfectly Gen-X and older Millennial coded. It actually got me choked up. @heavypulp is a creative genius. Huge respect.
