Open original source ↗💯. Might be the best case for the Supreme Court to reign in these rogue (unethical) judges unanimously. Otherwise, Congress will need to be 1/ impeach the worst offenders 2/ restrict inferior court jurisdiction and 3/require three judge panels again to enjoin the government.

This is lawless. It should rocket up the appellate chain. The President runs foreign policy. He has determined to recall foreign-service officers. It is not for a judge to countermand an order from the president and Commander-in-Chief in this field. Outrageous abuse of power by the judge.
