Let’s begin with three facts: Has Harvard discriminated in admissions on the basis of race? Yes. The Supreme Court said so. Has anti-Semitism run rampant on campus since 10/7? Yes, we have all seen it and Harvard’s acting president has acknowledged it. Did Harvard’s acting president reject the federal government’s demand letter on compliance with federal law? Yes, out of hand. The problem is not the president, the Secretary of Treasury, Ed, Homeland Security etc. The problem is that Harvard (and other universities) believe themselves above the law and refuse to conform to the law. The university rejected oversight from the agencies charged with oversight.
