We could be living in a very different country right now if Judge Edith Jones had been elevated to the Supreme Court circa 1990. But alas, we must content and console ourselves with the fact that she continues to serve with distinction on the Fifth Circuit. Here she is knocking another one out of the park, vindicating the Trump 47 Administration’s immigration policies based on reading immigration statutes just as Congress wrote them.
