@TrendingBitcoin Yes but all the Bitcoin is worthless if strategy owns all the Bitcoin and no one else wants to buy any of it.

XPost

The demise of Strategy portends far greater negative consequences for Bitcoin and the crypto industry than did the collapse of FTX. For that reason, @Saylor will soon be viewed as an even bigger villain than SBF. Those who covered for him will have a lot of explaining to do.

Those of you who think @Saylor can solve the $STRC problem by selling Bitcoin should read my warning from this Oct. 2024 post. $MSTR can't sell Bitcoin without crashing the price of Bitcoin. Even if Strategy merely stops buying Bitcoin, that change alone would crush the market.

New episode! The Great Rotation Has Begun. Here's How to Make Your Money Back https://t.co/iPLA9eVVsA

I believe @Saylor has legal exposure not because of his high-risk strategy, but because of his promotion of $STRC to risk-averse retirees who sought to preserve principal, and his baseless, pie-in-the-sky Bitcoin price predictions used to entice investors into buying $MSTR.

XPost

On numerous occasions @Saylor assured risk-averse investors that $STRC took the volatility out of Bitcoin. That they could get an 11.5% yield based on Bitcoin credit without assuming the volatility of Bitcoin itself. Over the past month Bitcoin is down 22% while STRC is down 28%.

The U.S. goods trade deficit soared over 28% in May, jumping to $105.8 billion, the largest since Mar. 2025, driven by a 5.4% fall in exports and a 3.6% rise in imports. This flies in the face of Trump's claim that his tariffs will help reduce America's persistent trade deficits.

XPost

The longer the Fed waits to hike interest rates, the more likely the next move is a cut. Not because inflation comes down, but despite inflation going up. If the Fed cuts, it will be to “stimulate” a weakening economy, prop up falling asset prices, or avert a financial crisis.

Trump wants the DOJ to investigate oil companies for price-gouging consumers with high gas prices. But when he ran for president and Kamala Harris accused grocery stores and supermarkets of doing the same thing with food, he accused her of advocating socialism. He was right.

XPost

Inflation is now so bad that even computer and cell phone prices are rising sharply. Electronics were one of the few places consumers got relief, as productivity gains offset government-created inflation. The Fed can't hike rates enough to put this genie back in the bottle.

$DJT is down another 6% today, hitting a new all-time low. It's down 60% in the past year. The stock is down 96% from its all-time high. This provides yet another example of the dangers of jumping on bandwagons to buy overpriced assets, and is a harbinger of what's to come!

XPost

I think @Saylor’s recent absence from the media is not a coincidence. My guess is that his lawyers advised him not to make any more public statements that could be used against him in shareholder lawsuits. I think @CNBC may be avoiding covering the story for the same reason.

With $STRC investor now down 24% this forecast has already come true. $MSTR will need to sell Bitcoin to settle these claims. https://t.co/rOIguQNLdB

XPost

$MSTR continues to melt down. The share price just fell below $85.50. It's likely that the stock will soon trade at a massive 40% discount to its Bitcoin per share. The best way to create shareholder value would be to sell Bitcoin to buy back shares until the discount is closed.

XPost

Since its peak in Nov. 2021, Bitcoin is now down 60% priced in gold. That's a spectacular decline, especially given that gold itself is down 28% from its own record high. Over nearly five years, despite all Wall Street's hype that Bitcoin is better than gold, gold outshone it.

XPost

@OdoggBrox Yes, but to buy them back MSTR needs to sell BTC at a loss too. Saylor won't do that.

XPost

Given how much airtime @CNBC gave @Saylor to shill his $MSTR house of cards, they are barely devoting any airtime to its current collapse. Plus, they are barely covering the deflating Bitcoin bubble, despite having devoted nearly non-stop coverage when they helped inflate it.

XPost

As I warned, MSTR’s death spiral has pricked the Bitcoin bubble. $MSTR fell another 8% this morning, down 84% from its high. $STRC fell another 7%, bringing the total decline to 25% and raising the current yield to 15.3%, sending Bitcoin tumbling to $58K, down 54% from its high.

Trump is asking Congress to approve $87.6B in new spending, mainly for the Iran War. But since he isn't also asking Congress to cut spending elsewhere or raise taxes to pay for it, he's asking the Fed to create more inflation, so consumers pick up the tab by paying higher prices!

XPost

Bitcoin didn't rise with gold, but it sure is falling with it. Many expected a gold selloff to be a catalyst to send money back into Bitcoin. While the drops are similar, the dynamics are different. Gold's selloff is a buying opportunity. Bitcoin's selloff is a bubble deflating.

XPost

@rayq_ai @CNBCFastMoney I always open to reexamining my views. But I don't expect Strategy to survive, regardless of what ultimatley happens to Bitcoin.

XPost

@Nostre_damus @CNBCFastMoney Why, I apologized the same way made the original criticism. Besides, CNBC doesn't allow me on anymore. So even if I wanted to do that, I can't.

XQuote

I owe the @CNBCFastMoney crew an apology. They got this call right and I got it wrong. Since this post, $GDX is down 23% and $GDXJ is down 26%. But I'll hold off on the congratulations until they buy the gold miners back while prices are still lower than when they sold.

XPost

@RELLIKREN Actually I fogot it becomes law in 10 days anyway without his signature. So I take back my support.

XPost

@DanMicovic I forgot about that. I just assumed not signing it was a pocket veto. But that only works if Congress is not in session. If that's the case, the President's gesture is empty and I withdraw my support. He should veto the bill outright.
