Easy to support @KirkPWatson. It’s not about politics, it’s about serving the constituents. So great.
Mina is right. This is great acting.
Critical article to read wrt both US energy independence and reducing carbon footprint. The current version of the NRC isn’t working. The US has fallen dramatically behind Korea & China; we produce new nuclear at 4x the cost. We should reimagine NRC from blank sheet of paper. One thing many may not know, the NRC is a “fee for service” regulatory agency. The more hoops they require the more revenue they bring in and the agency grows and grows. Horrible structure if our goal is to lead on innovation and costs.
That’s a super complex answer. Limited public good (space). Use economics to allocate it. Simple smart policy. Works in other places. Move on.
Wow. So crucial that we view China with an accurate lens and not a wanting lens. This does that. Must watch.
This is done.
Insanely great NYE experience with @zacbrownband at his hometown show in Atlanta last night. Check out this playlist (so many great covers). https://t.co/YCaiBvd3Wz #HookEm 🤘🤘🤘
Always a bad idea.
Here is the thing. The key AI insight was in an open source effort from Google Deepmind. “Attention is all you need.” Anyone claiming “stealing” or a need for “regulatory protection” already borrowed themselves.
That’s a high hurdle.
As we continue to discuss the benefits of increasing skilled immigration, I’m reminded of this amazing speech by Ronald Reagan. https://t.co/SwKSkfgUxY

I hope this contract is published one day. Will make a great case study. A golf bettor friend of mine says “most bets are won before the first tee.”
Big fan and supporter of @sriramk. Feel fortunate that he has volunteered to serve.
@wolfejosh @dylan522p Glad I didn’t buy Micron after taping!
Learning about semiconductors w the one and only @dylan522p.
Lots of people wonder how the current changes in AI impact the market for semiconductors. We go deep with @dylan522p from @SemiAnalysis_ on tour most recent episode.
Lots of important things to understand if you care to learn why the data wall and parameter wall are real. Or you can just scream, “but we are still scaling!” and miss these key subtleties.
A great metaphor for any pursuit in life...and the coolest bagpipe performance of all time.

💯
Clever, but it misses a key truth. IPOs aren't underpriced in only "hot" markets, they are systematically underpriced over decades. It's a key reason for the current IPO malaise. Why pay a 40% cost of capital when the late stage private market is WAY more efficient?
The Yellowstone series ended this evening with a fabulous Willie Nelson song. The music on this series was a key part of why it worked. Meet the person that made that happen: https://t.co/Cm0NaFIzGE
Hat tip to the one and only @MichaelDell. While most wouldn’t know it, my own career was aided by the great work of Michael and his team at Dell. https://t.co/QdKACRLYUn

So thrilled to have the most successful hired CEO of all time join us on BG2. This AI platform shift is massive, complex, and so very interesting. My big takeaway is there is still quite a bit of evolution and change in front of us. Thank you again @satyanadella !
The hurdle on the ratchet was $85. If they had done a direct listing, the founders, employees, and early investors would all own a larger percentage of the company. Biased hand allocation resulted in the as-always underprice which in this case triggered the ratchet. Sad to see.
I’m impressed! This should limit the pain from the compounding ratchets. Congrats to the employees and early investors.
