@belugayield @BitcoinRachy Understand all that. But many crypto proponents believe that there is no way this can be replicated, and I don’t think that is actually true. It’s a bedrock assumption for Bitcoin.

A short-squeeze in $AAPL with 0.7% of shares outstanding sold short…?! Lol, ok. @HalftimeReport
More financial nonsense from Saylor to justify paying $1.70 for $1.00 of Bitcoin. Credit Amplification? Not only is $MSTR not very leveraged (net debt + pfd is only 11% of enterprise value), but investors can borrow themselves to buy bitcoin, at rates lower than SMSTR’s 10-12%. (2) Options Advantage/Passive Flows? Derivatives are already available on Bitcoin, and will increase with time. More importantly, the temporary lack of access to them or inability of certain investors to buy Bitcoin is more a disadvantage to those investors, not a plus for $MSTR. (3) And Institutional Access? This is his most disingenuous argument. Look at the number…
“Land of 9,999 Lakes”
$CRWV’s capital employed averaged $19.2B in the 2Q. D&A plus lease amortization was $637M in the Q, or $2,548M annualized. That’s 7.5 year life, for predominantly GPU’s. Adjusted EBITDA was $3.0B, annualized. Draw your own conclusions. (2) Also, Days Receivable at 112 (!) days, seems a bit stretched for a rental business. Almost four months. $CRWV

Good thing crypto coins are not considered securities…
Is it just me or does it seem the only weeks with major issuance of Strategy pfd is when a new class is unveiled? Subsequent ATM issuance of existing pfd has been immaterial. $MSTR
Wow #ThisIsMyCrew
@giberish2025 Again, the idea that a country with reserve currency privileges (and a constant need to borrow money) is going to willingly accept a digital currency”gold standard”, is ridiculous. The current administration’s grifting schemes, notwithstanding.
$RUN burns another $(985)M in negative FCF. Who keeps financing this insanity?! https://t.co/alV9dKtUvp
So in light of last week’s civil judgment in Florida against $TSLA in the “FSD”case, does anyone think they will be in a hurry to incur Level 4/5 manufacturers’ liability for true FSD and/or Robotaxis?
Hey $LMND what line on your Income Statement is the $11.7M one-time ERC Tax Credit booked in? (See Footnote #4 below) https://t.co/4idQf98QWl (2) Because ex this one-time credit, $LMND lost $(54)M pre-tax in the 2Q, vs $(55)M in the 2Q of 2024. Despite higher revenues and a ridiculously low loss ratio. So is the business really scaling? https://t.co/TVy4OsKzEl
@Pledditor To my point
But we are firing the Head Statistician at the BLS…
Fact Check: (Mostly) True
For all of you $MSTR fans talking about Saylor’s guidance after 2Q about not selling equity below a 2.5x mNAV, consider this from early June. Despite not being “enthusiastic” about selling stock below a 2.0x mNAV, he sold almost $1.6B in equity at an avg 1.9x from 6/30 to 7/21!
“As your attorney…”
Really, because using this reasoning, you are talking about ISSUING more common stock at 7-11x 2025 Estimated Net Income (2.5 to 4.0x mNAV), correct? $MSTR
“First, assume a 40% annual growth rate, then…”
Lol, ok.
I have been reliably informed that retail investors cannot lever-up to buy Bitcoin at rates below $MSTR’s 9-10% on their preferreds. This seems to belie that, if true.
@PrestonPysh @sidprabhu You can do the same thing. Buy Bitcoin. Use leverage if you want. Don’t pay a 70%, er, 60% premium to do so. Pretty simple. $MSTR
@sidprabhu #FinancialGibberish $MSTR
Pay Attention Here: Saylor truly believes that the securities he is selling are his “products”. This is a financing scheme, not an actual business model. $MSTR
So then why have they been selling their $MSTR shares at a fraction of that price…?! #Promoters
