My bullish/bearish take on bitcoin is that we shouldn’t blame any entity for buying too much of it, because if bitcoin can be killed by an entity buying it, then it wasn’t meant to be. If all it takes to kill bitcoin is a bullish entity that likes it enough to buy, then go home.

I mean, probably not like them. Unique outliers are still unique. But yeah, science learned a few things about how to combat the plagues of industrialization for the normal person. Get sun, exercise, eat well. These details matter.

@BitPaine While we shareholders are arm-chairing on what they should've done... They said in the prior earnings call they would keep over $2.25B+ on the dollar reserve. They then dipped to $900M. I'm in the conservative camp. Would be happy to see guidance said, and then delivered.

@cryptoquick Never graduated? In tech, that's based. I graduated, and still don't know who the popular ones are. I tracked my fellow nerd group a bit, elites-within-nerd, saw the random jobs they got. Hope they're happy. Caught up with a few college friends. Don't know the others.

It's not always a competition. You can actually just win and hope others win, too. I was a nerd in high school, but it was a big enough place that there wasn't a core popular group. Or if there was, I couldn't tell you their names. Don't even know how they're doing now.

@kuiklyy That sounds like disproportionate angst for a collection of many investors who collectively bought 4%. If they get rekt, they get rekt.

@TheGovtHatesU If someone who doesn't care about the bitcoin network can buy 4% of bitcoin and supposedly destroy it in 2026, then bitcoin deserves to fail. I happen to think it's more robust than that.

I'm imagining the bears who think that Bitcoin is so weak that if you buy 4% of it and talk a lot, you can destroy the whole network. It's not even a person, but a group. Bought 4%. Like, somehow the key weakness of Bitcoin is that if someone buys 4% of it, everything fails.

But because I follow you, the algo shows me these scenes of tiny accounts posting crazy communist/satanist stuff, and you taking the time to refute them with a hundred-fold follower ratio, and it shows up on my feed so I'm like, "why am I seeing this lol."
